Alia Bhatt is currently in enjoying the Bulgarian breeze while shooting for Brahmastra alongside Ranbir Kapoor. The gorgeous girl hits the twenty-five year mark this Thursday, but away from home.
However, since she will be positioned in the European country until the end of her birthday month, Alia shall be ringing in the day on the sets of her upcoming film, as the actress had revealed to DNA. And a recent report by the daily suggests that Ranbir, who kicked off the international schedule of Brahmastra with Alia on February 24, is making secret plans with director Ayan Mukerji for their leading lady’s special day.
According to a report in DNA, Ranbir Kapoor and Ayan Mukerji have joined their forces to plan a surprise bash for Alia Bhatt. Revealing the details about the party, DNA quoted in their report as saying, “It’s Alia’s 25th birthday, so it’s a landmark year in that sense. Ranbir and Ayan want to make the day special for her, especially since she is away from home. So, they have planned a huge surprise party on the sets for the actress. To add to the fun, they have a particular theme for the bash.”
Meanwhile, a report in Mumbai Mirror confirms that the Udta Punjab star won’t be landing in Mumbai to celebrate her birthday. “Alia will spend her day shooting. It’s a hectic schedule so she can’t afford a day off but there will definitely be a celebration on set,” Mirror quoted a source as saying. Last year, Alia rang in her birthday in Mumbai, promoting her film Badrinath Ki Dulhania. She welcomed the third cat in the house, named Edward Bhatt. She owns two other cats Sheeba and Pica.
For Brahmastra, Ranbir and Alia are being trained to perform high-octane action sequences and Israeli movement coach Ido Portal along with his student Jonathan Fletcher are guiding them in Bulgaria.
considering their rampant public appearances but neither have responded to rumours as such. Maybe, they are tired of conjecture or they simply do not care.
As far as Brahmastra is concerned, Ayan Mukerji had said in a statement previously that the film “is set in India as it exists today but the name of the film is Brahmastra because the energy, wisdom and powers in the film come from ancient India.”
